The current situation and problems of fitter processing skills in precision parts

(1) Processing Techniques for Resistance Heat Sinks

Resistance heat sink is the most common, practical, and widely applicable component among Precision Parts. The material used is mostly 5A06 with a thickness of 0.8mm, which is usually stamped and shaped using professional stamping molds to overcome obstacles such as insufficient dimensional accuracy and difficulty in clamping during the stamping and shaping process. Combined with gradually advancing material technology, the processed material can be replaced with CrWMn, Adjust the processing hardness to within the range of 48-55HRC. This not only shortens the processing cycle, reduces material damage and costs, but also improves product quality and apparent quality, providing new ideas for small-scale production.

(2) Introduction of sine gauge measurement

Sine gauge is a precision measuring tool that uses a lever gauge to verify the working taper or angle, as well as the sine relationship between the gauge block and the trigonometric function. It is composed of two precision cylinders and a precision working plane main body, and can accurately position parts at the processing angle during machine tool processing. When processing precision parts, place them on the working plate of the sine gauge and position the workpiece on the opposite side of the sine gauge baffle. The final required size is the sum of the height of the sine gauge and the size of the measured workpiece. Through such measurement, the tolerance of the shape, position, and size of precision parts can be strictly controlled, and the position of the error can be accurately located. At the same time, accurate data of the workpiece can be easily obtained.

(3) Post maintenance techniques for precision parts
Precision parts are basically key components of related equipment, requiring high internal quality and external aesthetics. This requires independent sealed packaging when the parts are packaged after being fired. At the same time, gasoline or alcohol should be used for wiping (wearing gloves for operation) and drying, and cotton should be used for isolation. This can ensure that the components are not corroded by sweat, air, and other components, ensure that they are always in the factory state, and improve their service life.
